Hello! I established Begin Within Counseling Services, PLLC to help people navigate challenges within their life. The first step in the healing process is seeking help which can be difficult, overwhelming and scary. We can explore your thoughts and feelings. Change can be difficult. My role as your therapist is to support you in building awareness and growth as well as assisting you with making positive life changes. My great passion is supporting adults and teens with stressful or traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and life transitions.
